NOTICE on liquidation of PJSC ZNKIF "ALEGRO GROWTH FUND"

The Liquidation Commission of PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY "CLOSED-ENDED NON-DIVERSIFIED CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUND "ALEGRO GROWTH FUND", code 35633051, code 132934 (hereinafter referred to as PJSC "ALEGRO GROWTH FUND", "Fund") announces that on December 22, 2022, the Supervisory Board of the Fund decided to terminate the Fund by its liquidation in connection with the expiration of the term of activity provided for by the Charter and Regulations of the Fund. The term for accepting applications for satisfaction of creditors' claims begins on the next business day after the publication of the announcement of the liquidation of PJSC ZNKIF "ALEGRO GROWTH FUND" in the public information database of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission and lasts until March 07, 2023.
