The liquidation commission of the JOINT STOCK COMPANY " CLOSED NON-DIVERSIFIED VENTURE CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUND “AJAX”, EDRPOU code 40966880, USRJII code 13300461 (hereinafter - JSC" CNVCIF “AJAX”, “Fund”) informs that on July 27, 2021, by the sole member of the Foundation of LLC “WINGS CAPITAL”, EDRPOU code 40166378, it was decided to early terminate the Fund by liquidating it due to the unfavorable investment climate and the inexpediency of the Fund's continued existence.
