NOTICE OF LIQUIDATION OF PFVNVZT "SOPRANO"

The Liquidation Commission of the Closed-end Non-Diversified Venture Investment Fund “SOPRANO” of the Limited Liability Company “ARTA Asset Management”, code in the Unified State Register 23300329, (hereinafter referred to as the PIFNVZT “SOPRANO” the “Fund”) announces, that on August 13, 2024, the General Meeting of Participants of “ARTA Asset Management” LLC decided to terminate the Fund by liquidation due to the unfavorable investment climate and the inexpediency of the Fund's further existence. The term for accepting applications for satisfaction of creditors' claims starts on the next business day after the publication of the announcement of liquidation of PIFNVZT “SOPRANO” “ARTA Asset Management” LLC in the public information database of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission and lasts until October 25, 2024.
