The Liquidation Commission of the Closed-end Non-Diversified Venture Investment Fund "ANDANTE" of the Limited Liability Company " ARTA Asset Management", USREOU code 2331521, (hereinafter - "ANDANTE", the "Fund") announces that on November 23, 2022, the General Meeting of Participants of "ARTA ASSET MANAGEMENT" LLC decided to terminate the Fund by liquidation due to the expiration of the term of its activity. The term for accepting applications for satisfaction of creditors' claims begins on the next business day after the publication of the announcement of the liquidation of "ANDANTE" LLC " ARTA Asset Management" in the public information database of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission and lasts until February 06, 2023.
