CJSC SVIT ELEKTRONIKY fully redeems the Series A corporate bonds
On October 21, 2008 CJSC SVIT ELEKTRONIKY fully redeemed its Series A corporate bonds. The lead-manager of the issue was ARTA Investments. OJSC CB Nadra acted as a Payment Agent.
A Series bonds with total face value of UAH 10 M were issued on October 25, 2005. The issuer duly made every coupon payment during the whole maturity period. The interest rate for Interest Periods I-IV was 17% per annum; for Interest Periods V-VIII and IX-XII - 16,5% and 16% correspondingly.
The funds raised by the company by means of the corporate bonds placed were used for purchase of commercial facilities and transport vehicles necessary for SVIT ELEKTRONIKY retail chain development.
