Teimour Bagirov is leaving ARTA Investments to accept a senior position in the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance. He will be responsible for leading the government's efforts to recapitalize the banking sector in Ukraine.
Teimour was a founding partner of ARTA and has led the firm's corporate finance and investment banking activities since 2002.
